I Developed and manufactured a system with an exact 2.0x magnification, ensuring precision throughout the design and production process. It incorporated adjustable features to maintain flexibility and adaptability as needed. I carefully adhered to GD&T tolerances and standards, ensuring the project met strict dimensional and functional requirements for reliable performance. It gets bolted down with a 1/4-20 to a pegboard and using an acorn nut to trace the image you want to magnify. There is then a 3D printed cap on the end with a spot to hold the end of a pencil, ensuring exact 2.0x magnification.
